Aekta Desai has over 12 years of experience as a development practitioner focusing on USAID and Department of State-funded rule of law, good governance, anti-corruption and counterterrorism projects in the Middle East, Africa, Eastern Europe, Asia and the Caribbean. Aekta holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia and a master’s degree in international policy from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey.
