Keith Brown, President of Tetra Tech’s Global Development Services (GDS) Division, announced today that Andy Griminger has been chosen to serve as MSI’s next president, the third in the company’s 40-year history. This change will take effect Friday, April 1, 2022.
As president of MSI, A Tetra Tech Company, he will lead the firm’s 700+ workforce providing development solutions on more than 70 projects in 25 countries.
“Andy’s focus, energy and leadership skills have been fundamental to MSI’s success. We’ve benefitted and will continue to benefit from his strong combination of business development, technical and operational skills and expertise,” Brown said. “As importantly, he cares deeply about MSI and our people.”
Griminger has held a variety of senior leadership positions at MSI over the past 17 years. He began serving as MSI’s Executive Vice President in 2015, guiding business development efforts, and overseeing operations. Previously, he led field projects including the firm’s $500 million public administration reform project in Iraq. Griminger also spent 12 years in the Middle East and has been involved in programs in the region for nearly 30 years.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Russian studies from the University of Illinois and a master’s degree in international affairs from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs.
With Griminger’s promotion to president, Brown will now focus exclusively on leading Tetra Tech’s international development group, a global practice providing practical, sustainable, and environmentally responsible development solutions in more than 100 countries worldwide.
