Pranvera Kirkbride has 20 years of experience as a development practitioner focusing on rule of law, anti-corruption, civil society, good governance, and program management. Pranvera has successfully designed, managed, and implemented numerous governance programs in Eastern Europe (Balkans), Africa and Southeast Asia. She served as a Chief of Party for the USAID/Kosovo Justice System Strengthening Program (2015-2020). She led a series of anti-corruption studies for the World Bank-STAR network, and EU. Fluent in Albanian, Serbo-Croatian, English and with basic proficiency in Portuguese, Pranvera brings a unique blend of anti-corruption, rule of law expertise, and leadership to international development. Pranvera holds a law degree from the University of Prishtina Law Faculty and an LLM degree on human rights and legal reform in international development from Harvard Law School.
