Jeremy Gans is a technical manager with over 15 years of experience in project management, research and policy analysis. At MSI, he focuses on the design, implementation and management of evaluations and analytic studies. He has managed over 100 evaluations, assessments, trainings and other short- and long-term projects for USAID and other U.S. government and international clients. Prior to joining MSI, Jeremy worked as a researcher for the Open Society Institute and for a Peruvian civil society organization, and served as research director for a Washington, D.C.-based drug policy organization. He received a master’s degree in international economics and international affairs from Johns Hopkins University’s School of Advanced International Studies and his bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University.
