Claire Nowlin is a senior project manager with seven years of experience working on USAID, UNICEF and DfID-funded projects across sub-Saharan Africa, where she has managed and conducted qualitative research for numerous evaluations focused in education, health and social protection. Currently she is managing two USAID monitoring and evaluation projects in Senegal and Mali that conduct evaluations for the Missions’ program and technical offices and provide capacity building to USAID staff and implementing partners. Previously, she served as a Peace Corps education volunteer in southern Namibia. Claire holds a master’s degree in international development studies from the George Washington University and a bachelor’s degree in political science and French & European studies from Vanderbilt University.
