Chip Temm

Chip Temm is MSI’s Chief Technology Officer. For over a decade he has led MSI’s implementation of technology projects for our clients, driven internal innovation around business process improvement and knowledge management, and overseen our internal technology infrastructure. Prior to his work at MSI, Chip worked in software development in the fields of defense, nature conservation and education as a software engineer, architect, and manager to deliver complex web-based systems for international organizations, associations, non-profits and for-profit companies. He has lived in Europe, Africa and is currently based in the United States, and speaks English, Swedish and French. He has a master’s degree in international development and anthropology from the Elliott School of International Affairs at the George Washington University and a bachelor’s degree in international affairs and political science from the University of Maine.
