John Haecker has over 20 years of global experience, having performed work in 40 countries across five continents. He currently serves as MSI’s co-practice area lead for leadership and organizational development, and directs a program applying science, technology, innovation and partnerships to international development work. His areas of expertise include leadership development, environmental sustainability, strategy and performance improvement. He has worked with a range of private, nonprofit and public organizations, including USAID, UN Framework Convention on Climate Change, the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, the Corporation for National and Community Service and government ministries in the Republic of Georgia, Ukraine and the Philippines. He holds master’s degrees in international economics and public administration from the Maxwell School at Syracuse University and certifications in performance improvement, corporate sustainability and executive coaching.
