Amanda Janczak is a technical manager with expertise in conducting research, evaluations, third-party monitoring, and managing complex monitoring and evaluation projects around the globe for various U.S. government agencies. Her work has included research on issues of gender equity and women’s empowerment, LGBTQI+, youth, and humanitarian assistance. Amanda has experience working with diverse teams and clients in Sub-Saharan Africa and the MENA region. Prior to joining MSI, she worked for an international NGO focused on education, workforce development and youth inclusion. Amanda holds an M.A. in international development from the University of Pittsburgh and B.A. in international studies and history from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
