Kara Frazier Perlman is a strategic communications and project manager with seven years of experience in program management, strategic communications, client relations and event coordination. In her current role, she supports business development efforts, contributes to content development with several practice area teams, as well as manages operations and logistics for strategic communications-related events. In her previous role as project manager of the Development Outreach and Communications Training Program for USAID, she directed operations and logistics for five overseas-organized communications trainings for communications staff based in USAID Missions. She also provided extensive writing and editing support to the team, including the drafting and publication of weekly and monthly communications, training materials, reports and correspondence.
