Jennifer Bowser Gerst is a technical director at MSI with broad experience in supervision of sector assessments, project appraisal, program design and execution, designing social impact partnerships, and technical and learning product development.  She currently is serving as Deputy Chief of Party for the Data and Evidence for Education project and provides other business development and short-term technical assistance for the Education Practice Area’s projects. Jennifer previously served as an education technical advisor at Millennium Challenge Corporation on a diverse portfolio including large-scale STEM education programs, technical/vocational training, primary level reading/literacy, and non-formal adult literacy programs.  Jennifer also served as Chief of Party for the USAID-based Global Reading Network and designed and managed teacher professional development projects throughout the Africa region. She speaks English and has a working knowledge of French.
