Kyleigh Payne

Kyleigh Payne leads MSI’s business development across all regions and practice areas. She brings a decade of experience supporting business development for a range of international development organizations, including the National Democratic Institute and Equal Access. Her experience includes everything from developing and writing technical and cost proposals to leading in-country program design efforts alongside field-based colleagues to developing the capacity of field-based colleagues to conduct business development on their own. She excels in setting business development strategies, developing tools and plans to achieve those strategies, cultivating new donors and building relationships with new partners. Kyleigh holds an M.A. in international studies from the University of Denver and a B.A. in anthropology from Kansas State University.
