Kelley Cantrell

Kelley Cantrell is a learning and development practitioner with over ten years of experience. She specializes in the analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation of training, capacity building and organizational development activities for clients including USAID, Millennium Challenge Corporation and the Public Health Institute. Kelley designs solutions based on an analysis of the client’s objectives and the needs and skills gaps of teams and individuals. She uses a learner- or participant-centered approach to increase participant engagement and investment in the outcomes of the initiative. She enjoys using her creativity to design customized case studies, scenarios and interactive activities for use in team-building, strategic planning and training activities. She holds a master’s degree in international affairs from The George Washington University.
